PBR · Predictive branchingFormal object: interior branching deficit. Plain English: how much “predictive blindness” remains because matched observed states can still go in both directions. Higher is worse for directional resolution.
PIM · Predictive indeterminacy measureHow far apart the compatible future branches are. Values above 1 on the reported scale mean the opposed futures are materially separated rather than near-zero noise.
CS · Structural law shiftWhether an observed intervention/response relation has coherently changed across a regime. It is a change diagnostic, not proof of causation.
DR · Departure residualHow far post-regime observations depart from the continuation predicted by the pre-regime path.
RPA · Residual predictive availabilityDirectional information available in the observed substrate above the trivial majority-branch baseline. Near zero means little directional margin remains.
TB / FAI · Temporal refinementTB compares information added by recent motion with information carried by accumulated level. FAI is the share of that refinement attributable to level.
NI20 / Opposed NI · Non-identifiabilityThe displayed fraction remaining unresolved under the demo’s branching criterion, and the fraction retaining genuinely opposed directions.

Frozen real-data basis. PBR, PIM, TB/FAI and RPA bases are frozen construct values from the ADNI/MIMIC analysis. The controls deliberately stress support, neighborhood and representation so every on-screen readout moves. CS and DR are shown as an interactive regime/departure demonstration because those quantities require an event or regime; they are not claimed as frozen CS/DR estimates for these static construct rows. The controls do not claim to re-estimate the matched-state quantities.
